Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat is preferred)
- 1 cucumber grated
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- Salt
Instructions
- Prepare Cucumber: Grate the cucumberadd some salt and squeeze out excess moisture using strainer
- Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, dill, and vinegar
- Season: Add salt to taste
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
